Create an Account
Creating an Arly account allows you to manage your household in one place. Once your account is set up, you can add participants, register for sessions, complete forms, view invoices, and make payments. You’ll start by entering your basic contact information and creating login credentials, then you can begin setting up your household and enrolling in available offerings.
Review and Approve Schedule Changes
If your program's admin has proposed a change to your child's schedule — like adding or dropping a day — you'll get a notification asking you to review it. Nothing changes until you approve it, so you're always in control of your child's schedule and what you're billed. When you open the request, you'll see your child's current schedule side by side with the proposed one, along with how the change affects your cost. From there, you can approve the change to make it official, or decline if it doesn't work for you.
Add a Participant
Adding a participant allows you to create a profile for each child/participant in your household so they can be registered for sessions. When adding a participant, you’ll enter basic information such as their name, date of birth, grade, and any other required details. Once a participant is added, you can use their profile for future registrations.
Register for a Session
Registering for a program allows you to enroll your child in activities, camps, classes, or care offered by your organization. From the program catalog, you can browse available sessions, review schedules and pricing, and select the option that best fits your family’s needs. During registration, you may be asked to complete required forms, choose a schedule or dates, and provide payment information before submitting your application.
